Wedding Cookies
From Diana Corbett's Cookie Exchange
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups plain flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 sticks butter at room temperature
Confectioners’ sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sugar, vanilla and butter. Add flour and nuts a little at a time; mix well. Shape cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Roll cookies in confectioners’ sugar. Store in confectioners’ sugar.
