Butterscotch Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch flavored morsels
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine over hot (not boiling) water morsels and butter. Stir until smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Reserve 2 cups. Press remaining into 15 1/2-inch-by-10 1/2-inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes.

In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Cool; cut into 2-inch-by-1-inch bars; refrigerate. Makes about 6 dozen bars.
